ECHO acts as a knowledge base on field-level program implementation protocols, global standards, federal laws, and recent amendments on relevant legislations and accordingly facilitates to conduct of various capacity-building programs for different stakeholders right from member companies, industry representatives, Human Rights champions, field level program staff, farmers and farm labour besides local village level institutions.
ECHO will also engage with relevant stakeholders to create awareness of farmers’ sensitization and audit tools in a unique manner that will also enable farmers by facilitating sustainable solutions on child rights and other decent work issues. Relevant awareness and campaign material in a customized manner in vernacular language is developed by ECHO over the period. These are very effective while conducting village-level campaigns by ECHO member companies along with other industry representatives.
